Deep expertise

Ash knows employment and industrial relations law inside out. He has over 15 years’ experience from working at a leading specialist workplace law firm and the in-house legal team at the University of Sydney as the Director, Employment, Workplace Relations & Administrative Law. Ash also has a Master of Laws (specialising in labour law) from the University of Sydney.

Ash has experience advising and representing clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including misconduct and performance management, restructures and redundancies, harassment, bullying and discrimination, workplace disputes, including negotiation with unions, enterprise agreement and modern award interpretation, negotiation and compliance, payment compliance, wrongdoing complaints, work, health and safety, and litigation in Courts and Tribunals such as unfair dismissal and adverse action claims in the Fair Work Commission.
